        Was a patient at this clinic for 5 years. Dismissed due to same day cancellations. Why give the ability to cancel appts same day in the app if you are penalized for them? But I'm still able to take my son?? When you don't offer appointments until 3, 5 and sometimes 7 days out people are going to cancel them if the issue is resolved or improved.

        Took my daughter in today for her annual and was met with a 109 balance after I had already paid a balance last month. I questioned the charges and ask to be allowed to call my insurance company after before paying it. I was told no and my appointment would have to be reset if I didnt pay the balance. Im going to find another clinic.
