From the estimate appointment to the completion of the job the Grout Doctor was excellent! They worked miracles in my master bathroom replacing the grout that was improperly installed during remodel less than a year ago. I highly recommend you use them for your grout/bathroom needs. I would have given them 10 stars, exceptional work and the price was fair.

Pompous does not begin to explain the attitude of the owner, Clayton. We originally had a bid a year ago from him, and the price was twice as much as any other quote we received. At that time, finances did not allow us to do the job with him and, honestly, his attitude was so high and mighty that we questioned whether his product was as good as he said it was. We went with another company, but a year later we now need the service again. Because we were needing it redone so soon after the work was originally done, we decided to call the Grout Doctor again and see if the product lived up to its name. However, we were told that because we did not hire him the first time around, he would add an additional $200 to the quote. He also said that he would “be insane to come out again for a rebid” because we did not hire him the first time around. We explained to him how absolutely absurd that was - that just because we needed to save money last time, now you are going to charge us even more when we actually do use you. He then started to say that the extra $200 would be to clean the grout (in addition to sealing it). However, when we tried to explain that the old bid included cleaning (and yes, we even checked the old bid to confirm that it did include cleaning), he did not change his stance and promptly said that he would only do the work for the original priced quoted if the grout was clean when he arrived. Clayton likes to talk a big talk about his product, and it may live up to that. However his customer service and Jesus complex of how high and mighty he and his company are do not justify how he talks to customers.

Grout Doctor is very professional backed by quality work. Tracy was so kind and helpful setting my appointment, even when I had to reschedule. Hal was responsive dropping by and gave me a accurate and detailed estimate. The technician Joey, was very responsive and prompt for the appointment. He was knowledgable, did fantastic work on cleaning, sealing and recaulking my walk in shower. He took the time to explain the detailed work he perfomed, answered all my questions, was very tidy on the job, and relayed beneficial information on maintenance and cleaning. I work for a wonderful homebuilder in the metroplex and reccomend Grout Doctor and their professional employees and valuable expert work to my customers and others I meet.
