Medallion Pools of Texas

Medallion Pools are superb. From designing our pool with Derek, all the way through the installation with Wayne, David and the entire crew, we were more satisfied that words can say. Our pool turned out superb. Now that they have finish the pool we kept them on to do our weekly service. It's something I don't have to worry about and they are doing a great job!!!

This was a first time pool building experience for us. The entire team did a great job from start to finish walking us through the process. Wayne kept us informed the entire time and got the pool filled in about 50 days, which included rainy days. Quality is superb! We also kept Medallion on to service the pool weekly. Lee has been amazing. Easily spots things that need to be corrected and he takes care of items promptly. I highly recommend Medallion for both, building and servicing your pool.

I called Medallion Pools due to a plaster discoloration I was experiencing. Medallion Pools responded immediately; correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. A different contractor had resurfaced my pool and the discoloration had begun almost immediately. I gave that contractor several opportunities to fix the problem without success. After the contractor stopped returning my calls, I called Medallion Pools. The smartest move I could have made. I'm using Medallion Pools for weekly cleaning and my pool has never looked better. Wayne, David and the crew are excellent communicators and a pleasure to work with.

I replaced my pool pump motor 2 years ago, and sadly it broke. I contacted Hayward regarding the part and they worked very diligently to have someone come out to replace the part(s). Most Hayward affiliated companies gave me a run around, "Sorry we don't work with Hayward anymore", "Sorry we don't carry that motor"etc etc... But Medallion got right on it, ordered a new motor and scheduled the pool repairs promptly. Leyland contacted me early in the morning and said he would call me if anything else needed to be replaced. A few hours later, he was finished. The repairs were as quoted and he recommended to get a pump basket. Instead of spending over $500 dollars I saved quite a bit and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and professional Leland was. Big thank you to Hayward, Medallion Pools, and most of all Leland!
