        0 stars. Lack of customer service, issuing credits when service not delivered( employees acknowledge such) but owner must approve and does not take ownership for lack of service deliverables offered in his store. Use UPS store on Eldorado in Mckinney. Honest, professional, customer centric and responsive.

        I set up an appointment for a notary through the website. When doing so only 1 appointment time was left for today, 4:00. When I went in I was informed that they didn't have a notary on-site. Since the appointment was so late in the day on a Saturday there were very few alternative options. I have health issues which make it very difficult to leave my home so not only did I not get my documents notarized but it was severely inconvenient to attempt to do so.

        What a waste of time. I called 15 minutes before heading to this UPS store to have a document notarized asking if there will be a notary there. I was told we have a notary here all day until 7 pm. I walk in 15 minutes later with my wife as both have to sign, and then told they cannot notarize right now. I will never return. Wasted both of our time to get nothing done.
