I own my own company and try hard to prevent mistakes and try harder to remedy the mistakes I make. Thank you for responding and resolving the issue immediately, and I respect any company that takes that kind of initiative. I highly recommend TSO in McKinney and will continue to do so.       Sorry about the poor service you received yesterday. As you can imagine, Mondays can be kind of crazy, but that's no excuse for not following up. I spoke with our opticians and they are going to reach out today to see what we can do about your daughters glasses.
