        Been bringing our kids to PHA for 15 years and they are amazing. The doctors and PA are very caring and understanding. Highly, highly recommend this office.

        Office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to see about switching pediatricians and they only accept children that follow CDC guidelines on vaccinations. That basically means they will only see them if they are up to date or intend to be up to date on vaccinations even though Texas has exemptions for this. That is totally fine and i dont agree or disagree with this sentiment! I simply asked why and she was extremely confrontational. Anyone that speaks like that to me will not get my business.

        Dr. Menchaca and staff are very professional and thorough. We have been bringing our children to PHA since 2018.

        I was just contacted by a nurse who was so rude. I told her we would find a new doctors office after years of coming here. Dr. Frank is amazing, but its not worth dealing with the staff to make it worth while.

      We are sorry you feel that way about our practice. We follow the CDC and AAP guidelines/recommendations regarding childhood vaccines in order to protect our vulnerable patients that are unable to receive vaccines or are too young to receive vaccines. Thank you for your feedback.
