Nail Radiant

Buyer beware!! I wanted a quick fix, near my home salon, instead of going to my reg salon which is Nexgen in Allen. So I went off the reviews and checked out Radiant nails. Bad idea! I went 3 times total bc Kay gave a meticulous pedicure, and I loved the shape of Nicki's dipped nails, hence the two stars. Here's why I will never go back: the 1st visit, they charged for everything but were not clear on what they were charging. They didn't even have a menu of svcs! The 2nd time pricing was expected, but the 3rd time pricing was not clear again (I get different designs but they charge at LEAST $5 for every thing, even if it's the same thing on both hands). It's absurd! Considering the expensive pricing, the dip powder was not always consistent on the sides, so my nails broke at least 3 times! The environment is very dated. They leave the doors open, so gnats are prevalent. I was chilly, and had to endure the smell of cigarette smoke from outside🤢. Last but not least, Tom is super sweet, but the pedi was nonexistent (light like a feather, and he couldn't remove a cuticle to save his life). Not to mention, they're really understaffed. I vowed to never come back, and I won't! I stopped being lazy and drove back down to Allen to my consistent, and reasonably priced salon, NEXGEN nails. I recieved a wonderful pedi and dipped nails in a nice smelling, well ventilated environment, with consistent pricing, ALL for under $78!! 💃🏾 Thanks but no thanks. Buyer you've been warned. No response needed from Mgmt. ✌🏽

My regular place was extremely busy so I thought I'd give this place a chance and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was super nice and very professional, the salon is clean and you can tell they care about the level of the service they provide. They did a fantastic job and my nails look fabulous, I loved the job they did so much I have already scheduled my next appointment; this is now my new favorite nail salon. I highly recommend Nail Radiant to anyone looking for a good quality nail salon in McKinney. Their prices are right in line with other salons in the area and yes the do have a menu of the services they offer & the prices are clearly listed. I absolutely love my nails!

This is truly excellent professional service. The technicians truly care for their clients, very clean, and super friendly. I’m so happy I gave them a try! Never disappointed, the ONLY place that can touch my nails. Love them!

I should have noticed this place hadn’t reopened after quarantine, since the last review was 7 months ago. 🙃 I found out when I arrived several days AFTER I had made an online appointment whilst I was still out of town. I have so much compassion for businesses having to close due to plandemic. However, that’s not an excuse for neglecting to update the outgoing voice message and website 😕

This place was amazing! Super busy before Christmas but they got us all in without compromising their customer service or skills. I loved my nails so much the people beside me were complimenting me as well!! Amazing staff! Thank you all.
