Competent, skilled jeweler. I went to see Frankie to repair our engagement ring last week based on the reviews here. I needed a skilled jeweler to fix our ring. I spoke to him in person and asked him specifically what he would do to repair the damage and I knew instantly based on the conversation that he had the skill to properly complete the repair. I left the ring with him and when I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised. It look better than new. He reinstalled the broken head, tightened some loose side stones, replaced a cracked side stone, cleaned and polished the ring. Beautiful work, and honest and very pleasant gentleman to work with, and very fair pricing. He's made a repeat customer out of me. I couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Frankie is AWESOME! In June I had my wedding ring redone. It was a solitaire and separate wrap/guard piece. I went to several other places for a quote. Some told me it couldn't be done, some told me excess of $1000 for the work (that wouldn't even come out like I wanted), and some told me I was better off getting a new ring. I had given up hope until I went in to Master Jewelers. Frankie not only knew exactly what I wanted, the price was just jaw dropping amazing. When I picked up my ring I almost cried. It was just so much better than I could have hoped for. Second experience: I took in a ring that I purchased in Cabo Mexico to get dipped in silver or rhodium finish, because of course the ring was not real silver, but I loved the design. He tried 3 times to get the finish to stay, but because the metal was of bad quality, it wasn't possible. Instead he offered to design me a ring that looked just like the Mexico one out of silver. It came out almost exactly the same, if not better! He also said to come by any time to have it fixed up again if needed because silver is a softer metal. He was just AMAZING! I would recommend Master Jewelers to anyone. You are in GREAT hands!
