Air Repair Pros

Buyer Beware: $9 part for $349! It is important that you understand that these guys are gouging and fleecing unsuspecting people. They have a entire process of getting the part installed in 5 min, THEN telling you that you owe $349 + INSTALL -- that is a 4000% markup. What makes these guys even worse is they claim to have "core values" and when I mentioned my frustration they had a damage control representative on call to try and keep me from expressing my opinion. Further they have a pricing plan that lets you payoff the expense over time which is borderline criminal. Note that they try and hide the fact that 90% of problems require this piece to be replaced and they can see instantly when it bubbles up. IMPORTANT: They try and claim the Capacitor is an "Electronic Storage Device" to inflate the perceived value of the device. They also referenced it to be a "Starter". Sure, whatever - it is like a battery, a basic $9 part that you can change in 10 minutes. (Discharge the capacitor by shorting out - easy to do - Youtube is your friend here as well ) If you value your money or want to save an elderly person who is living on a fixed income or lost their job from being exposed to this type of behavior - please find any alternative.

I don't know if anyone else's a.c. company makes a point to fix your problem the day of even if its after hours, goes out their way to explain why the problem happened, show pictures from before and after it's fixed, all for way less than others quoted.. If not, call Air Repair, ask for Jason and let them show you why they are the Pros. Thanks again for everything.You guys are awesome!!!

Quick response from their team. The same day service was so amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better team to get a new AC unit from. They installed the new system the same day!
