It's a gym. Not necessarily the NICEST facility, but it has everything you need to do whatever it is you want. Some people there are just starting out and others are seasoned....just come and workout!!! You get a RFID fob so you can literally come in whenever you want!! There are many of these across the nation so if you're traveling it's very convenient. I really like their business model.

Not overly impressed with this gym -- especially for the price. It's a single room with no other amenities. I'm sure it's fine for some people but my husband and I were not a fan of it. We loved the concept of using a fob to let yourself in and and being able to go anytime which is why we signed up. However, this gym gets too busy for it's size. A lot of the time we went, most of the equipment was in use. At some point we ended up just giving up and we stopped going. We ended up paying for about 9-10 months in which we never stepped foot into this gym. When I inquired about canceling my membership, the manager Holly was less than pleasant and very condescending when answering my questions. Some questions she dodged entirely. We really did enjoy the manager that was at this location prior to Holly and despite it's size, the gym was very clean and well maintained.

Well equipped facility. While it may be showing its age, this location is a well equipped and comfortable space whether you're catching up on cardio or need a place to get your WoD in while away from home. I'm a weightlifter and I was pleased to find a variety of squat racks and plenty of plates.
