We use this company on a weekly basis the owner is very nice and our clothes always look good.

WARNING...DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. They are good until they ruin your clothes and do not take accountability. Tell me how it is that a person brings in two perfectly good pants, and when they are picked up, both are torn in the exact same place. They claim it wasn't their machines. The pants are ladies Theory and Vince brand and both were in excess of $300 each. Brought receipt for one and Nordstrom printed the online price for the other. The owner offered me $28.30 for both pair. They can not be trusted and will take you to the cleaners.

Worst Dry Cleaner Ever!! 1 star is too much for this poor service I took my brand new $120 Calvin Klein jacket to them and after 3 days I got shocked when I went to take , it was damaged at the label area and the leather came of around the edges , it was a BRAND NEW jacket!! And he also wanted to charge me $30 !! $30 for what??!! For ruining my jacket!! And I got so mad!! And he told I'm gonna call the police and I told him yeah go ahead And when the cops showed up I explained everything and showed him the damaged brand new jacket and after talking with the owner The cops told me that the best thing they can do is take the jacket as it is without paying the $30 But the jacket still damaged and they didn't do anything about it!! DO NOT GO THERE !!! They take your money and ruin your clothes!!

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took this jacket to be freshened up and they ruined it! So I brought this jacket in on January 14th to be cleaned and he asked to keep it for 4 days which I had no problem with. When I go to pick it up the jacket is peeling. I handed in a jacket in perfect condition and they RUINED it.The associate called the owner and he told her to give me the jacket with no charge, but then I would be taking a loss. I told the associate that I can not accept the jacket, and I wanted to speak to the owner. He was always busy or out of the cleaner by 2 pm. So finally after multiple attempts I was able to catch him in the cleaners. He knew he was at fault and would not give me back the jacket. He was unprofessional, rude, and absolutely uncivilized. He said his attorney could protect him. I kept the receipt from when the associate signed and dated it with no notation of any damage to the jacket prior to giving it to the cleaner. The owner called the cops saying I was threatening him and if I did not pay for the service he would not give me my jacket back. So the police came and sided with me, made him hand me the jacket and apologize. The police told me to sue him for damages and that there was nothing else they could do. Bottom line, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I brought a beautiful, beaded, ivory chiffon dress in that had accidentally been packed away with a food stain on the the bodice and skirt. It was last worn at my wedding’s rehersal dinner, 33 years ago. Popped into plastic and forgotten. Someone thought someone else was going to clean it, apparently! I didn’t discover what had happened until we moved here to McKinney this year. With no confidence it could be saved, I asked Executive cleaners to see what they could do with it. I was amazed when I came back in to find it looking brand new, in perfect condition. I thought that deserved mention. Thanks for this nice surprise..and great job.
