Michael did an awesome job cleaning the grout in a kitchen area that I thought could never be saved. He saved me from having to rip out and lay new tile which saved me a significant amount of money. His service is well worth it, do yourself a favor and book him to clean your grout.

Wow. Michael's Carpet Care Tile and Grout is fantastic. We had a pipe burst in February and subsequent remediation, construction, and paint that left our tile in a horrible state. I called to get a basic estimate and was immediately impressed by Michael's detailed questions and reluctance to fully estimate the job until he could see the extent of the work. He asked if he and his wife could come and survey the situation, even try cleaning some spots, before giving an official estimate. I appreciate the approach. Too often, I've worked with professionals who just say a price and then adjust on the spot. It turns out our project was pretty dicey, taking about half a day for two people. I've never seen a floor cleaner down on hands and knees, scrubbing, vacuuming, wetting, drying, all to get the floor as clean as possible. They didn't consider the job done until everything had dried and we could see the result. This is a level of professionalism and attention to detail that you just don't see. The job was a little more expensive than other cleanings I've done but you get what you pay for. I will be using them again for all of our carpets and regular maintenance cleaning of the tile. I cannot recommend Michael and his wife’s cleaning services enough. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide me in the right direction of services best suited to my needs. I ended up having my carpets and grout cleaned throughout my entire home. The biggest problem areas were saturated in urine from my special needs dog. Michael and his wife devoted an entire Sunday to meticulously treat my floors and left no evidence of any pet accidents whatsoever. The customer service, quality and pricing of their services is phenomenal. I can say with full confidence that I will be a repeat customer!!
