This is one of the Worst places to get therapy from in the whole valley. I have never seen 2 therapist and 1 in training in a large room with 16 patients at one time all doing exercises which most are senior citizens so they are at risk of falling. There is a row of chairs so “patients” can sit on elbow to elbow watching one huge T.V. Monitor trying to do what they think is the “ok” method of exercising but they are all doing it completely wrong because the therapists are in a rush to each patient trying to get everyone to finish their “exercises”. If you show a patient how to do an exercise one time and then don’t observe them through the whole set then what’s the point when majority of the patients are not getting a real therapy setting. The therapists don’t even talk to the patient to make them feel comfortable, it is awkward to have someone that you don’t even know their name come up to you and demand that you do what they say since they usually don’t even talk to the patient on what to do since they just hand the exercise material to the patient and show them with their hands(which is not a clear picture for elder folks) and then walk away without even saying anything. The patients look around lost and think they are actually getting help, very unfortunate for them. No wonder they don’t allow anybody in “but” the patient. This facility is a joke on the therapeutic aspect and I wouldn’t even want to imagine on the sports medicine side of it. 1 star for this low quality emotionless robotic acting facility.
