Do not go to Thai establishment. I recently signed a membership around July 2021, and now the place has just been closed up by the landlord for the owner failure to pay rent. And they still had the audacity to charge me while I was not able to access the gym, which is 24/7 by the way. Save your money cause this place will be closed down soon

Called the number which appears to be a landline, while I was calling got text from a random number that said Yes, as if I was NOT calling a business. Thats it, a reply with the world Yes, nothing after that. No How can i help you? I guess someone has all the calls forwarded to their cell phone, which is a big red flag!
I was confused and explained that I was looking for a 24 hour gym and asked for more information. Never heard back, tried to go sign up and nothing. Nobody was there to help! Called and texted the next days. Went ahead and read the reviews. A lot of them had the same experience I had, trying to get a hold of anyone who could help them or give them information. So I am going to find another gym to sign up with and you should too. The reviews touch on the billing being a nightmare. Im going to take this as my sign. It shouldnt be this hard to sign up for a gym.

I was a member of this gym as of 2014. So here is my unbiased review. The people there are great, respectful, and a great place to workout. The negative and reason for a 1-star review is the manager/owner not sure what her role is, but she is never present. I would see potential gym members go during listed business hours to sign-up and leave because no one was there (Lost future revenue). Second: I tried to get my account canceled due to COVID and moving out-of-town. Took week of repeated calls, and repeated attempts to get it complete. If you review previous post, this is a repeated pattern. I would encourage you to sign up for any other gym. The lack of attention for current or prospecting gym goers is sad and unworthy of the loyalty of the current members that continue to go. Third, there was a 80 plus annual fee charged to gym goers. Even with members with no contract signed. For a time, i was a charged a late fee when it was a month to month contract. Even with the annual fee, there was hardly any new equipment, or equipment would go days unusable. Poor usage of the annual fee, and not used for its purpose. All my comments are backed by text messages/calls etc.
