I can never get ahold of someone on the phone! I am not going to drive all the way into town for nothing! Other than that they are good people. They have helped my son and I but I am upset that I can't just talk to someone because my vehicle is messed up and I don't want to stay stuck there for nothing! 1 star till they fix their phone!

If I could give no stars I would, first off over priced and had to wait for part to be ordered but didn't take much time for it to come in maybe like 2days but the part that came in was faulty so had to wait for another part once that one came in phone seemed fixed took few days for the screen to mess up again and turn black with no way to use it ig that's why they give a lifetime warranty cause they knew it was going to mess up keep calling to check on the status of phone and parts but they never answer no matter what time or how many times I call they will not pick up and it gives you an option to leave a message but you cant the voicemail box is full and has been for some time now so I'm pretty sure if you've left a message they don't care cause the voicemail isn't being emptied so now im forced to have to wait and hope for the best smh hopefully phone is fixed properly soon and able to make contact with someone in regards on how to move forward this has been a long and stressful process

The gentlemen who work here are *OUTSTANDING*! About two months ago, I brought in my PS4 controllers to ask if they could be fixed. Because there's only so much that can be done, the controllers were not able to be fixed, AND I was NOT charged for the service! I have heard a lot of good things from other people I know personally, who love going here - and trust the staff. If you have any electronic issue beyond cell phones, I would suggest bringing it here first!
