Educators Credit Union Hewitt Texas is the absolute worst, their main branch on Highway 6 is not much better. Sarah the branch manager gave out my personal information to someone not listed on my account. I've been with Educators Credit Union for over 13 years when this incident happened. They closed my account without permission. They said it had a negative balance even though it did not well at least until the person got ahold of my account that Sarah gave it out. On top of losing about $300 they are threatening to report me to the credit bureau which I hope they do because I will file it as fraud. Even more so when I went to talk to the highway 6 Educators Credit Union location. I was shutdown, talked to like I'm crazy and even yelled at and cursed out. I've filed a federal complaint against Educators Credit Union for loosing money and fraudulent transactions. AVOID THIS BANK They will probably reply about how I had a negative balance which isn't true until Sarah the branch supervisor gave out my personal information. Thanks for loosing my money and giving out my personal information
