    I would like to say real quick that these guys know what they are talking about. They were closed for lunch so I had to go to wise owl and those guys gave me the run around literally and these guys got me the thing immediately.

    The staff is GREAT. They make sure everything is understood clearly. Also, they do all of the paperwork and whatever it takes to get everything set, from billing insurance, to communication with the doctors and more. So friendly and helpful. Very kind and understanding when caregivers come in at their wit's end getting last minute supplies. If a problem arises with their equipment, they will send someone to your home very quickly, even at all hours of the day and night, to ensure a patient doesn't lose their access to oxygen, etc. 24/7 at no charge. I can't recommend them enough. Very pleased.

    I waited for a month to get my CPAP machine with no communication and when I call virtually no help! The answer was "maybe next week". My advice is, help you blood pressure and avoid this place.

    Waited 2 months for an order when they could have called me, letting me know it was ready. Then the order was too expensive and the phone number on their Google page doesn't work. You have to manually type in their phone number. Edit: When we called asking about our order, we were told they have had it, but had no name on file. We gave them the name and number when we placed the order.
