        Ive been coming here for years and its my most preferred nursery always until yesterday. My kids and I read the newsletter and watch the YouTube channel as well- always a treat. Thank u for that. My daughter is 2 and was excited to see Mary -my daughter said hello as Mary stomped right passed us. Feelings a lil hurt but I took it as she didnt hear us. We were outside ready to pay when I was told to go inside to do so- I was not greeted (by Mary)but again not an issue. She started ringing up my items and I asked if there was an advantage to giving out our phone number to which she replied, Im tired and I forgot again, not an issue until she took my money and greeted her coworker with Im over today- Im out of here and bolted from the register-there was no thank you. Thats where I had the issue. We travel an hour to this place to get treatment like that. Disappointed

        Great experience today at your Nursery. I'd like to compliment Parker. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me and my wife a tour of the Nursery. Our first will not be our last ! Nice variety and cost, worth the drive from Killeen. Thanks again for the hospitality Parker.

      Wow. CF, I am so so sorry. I was really so tired that I felt sick. I'm not as young as I used to be. I was trying to make it to my car when you saw me, and I should not have been so rude. Please accept my sincere apologies and know that it is not my usual way with customers. I enjoy seeing and talking to all of you, but even I can get completely exhausted in the spring! You are right to complain and I'll try not to let that happen again. Please let your daughter know that I am sorry that I did not respond to her. Again, not like me at all. Mary Kay
