I called them on a Sat morning & I know that it is a busy time. They have a recording so I left my info. But they never called back it would be nice to get a call even if they couldn't help!

After several weeks without air upstairs and 100+ temp, Mr Greg stopped by the same day and got our air conditioning running. Super professional, very knowledgeable and superb customer service. I recently had my A/C system start malfunctioning during during the hottest part of summer. I called Greg at hometown A/C repair and he immediately answered my call and came to the rescue even though it was after hours on the weekend. He was extremely knowledgable and confident and was able to get my system back up and running promptly after I had been told by another company that had come out that my entire system needed to be replaced at the cost of $9k!!!! Every bit of advice he gave me proved true and he was completely honest and straightforward with me. Being a new homeowner of only 2 years and having this issue a month and a half after my home warranty expired there was alot of worry and anxiety that my family and I were going to be out thousands of dollars. This was absolutely not true and Greg was able to give my family and I great comfort and understanding of our system and problem, as well as fix the issue and on top of that at a extremely fair cost!
