When I went there I was without hope and angry at the chaos I had caused for both myself and my family. What the fantastic team at this place helped me do was rebuild my life - but not just to set it on an even keel - what they achieved was nothing short of miraculous.

We rented U-Haul from them and their service was awesome! They go the extra mile to make the customer happy!! I def. recommend them!

Do not use this facility. They say it is "climate controlled," but this does not include rain water entering your storage unit from the entrance doors that are not sealed. Water entered the storage unit and soaked mattresses and produced mildue. When asked, the manager said they were not "responsible for damage," and "read your contract." "you are on your own" "file an insurance claim." Even with renters insurance, there is a deductible and this facility will not neither own up to its obligation to keep water out of its storage units nor even make good on the deductible of your renters insurance. My recommendation - go some where else to store your goods.

I highly recommend Mansfield Self Storage. Bill and Hazel, the property managers were wonderful! We needed to store our car and had a reservation at a different storage unit but they had given it away to someone else and needed a place right away. We called Mansfield Self Storage and Hazel was so nice and understanding. She advised us to come on in and they would get us taken care of. Within 30 minutes we had our car in the storage unit and were on our way! And the price of the unit was very reasonable. If your looking for a storage unit this is the place to go!
