The "Owner" responds to certain reviews with a generic response...read the "Owner" responses; they all sounds the same. I'm sure the 5 star reviews are those from people whom work here or are friends with someone who works here. Pay attention to the reviews that go into detail regarding their child; those are real. The supposedly good reviews that are sounding the same are the ones who are being asked to right a review to give the business a good name.

Very nice and clean daycare. We switched my child to this daycare and I am more than pleased with the staff and teachers. Very good daycare they care for the kids as they were their own.

My children have a great time here. The staff is professional, friendly and caring. I appreciate the way they take care of my children and my children are always excited to come to school in the mornings. I would definitely recommend both Walnut Creek Academy and Everley Rose because of the way they care for children and the fun activities they incorporate into the childrens daily schedule.

We love our daycare and the amazing staff! My lane loves being dropped off in the morning and always is happy and ready for bed when we get home. His teachers and staff are always so sweet and very open on communication! If anything happens or concerns them they always call right away and i love that!

I hate having to write anything negative but as a parent with an infant, I would like to be honest with my experience I had here. We enrolled our then 2 month old and ended up withdrawing one month later. I understand times are rough on everyone but I gave this facility chance after chance and so much patience. My biggest problem was lack of communication and honesty. My husband and I spoke to MANY staff members as well as provided written instructions but their excuses was I didnt know and reassured they would let the other staff know how to care for our baby. It sucks that I really had high hopes because for the most part, everyone seemed professional and caring but I find this place as being dishonest and careless. Things got incredibly bad that I had to quit my job immediately to stay home with my infant. When we came to pick up her items, some items were missing. I really hope no one has issues like we did but I wish I had more information before enrolling my baby here.. good luck to all.
