After two treatments I've been thoroughly pleased with this service thus far. After the first I found no traces of (live) bugs of any sort and felt the job was completed to a high standard. For the second treatment, the tech showed up early (which was PERFECT) and was expedient in treating the home and making sure he understood my concerns.

Over and above the call of duty. This is our first time using this service and we were really happy with his service. The technician was great at communicating by email, his rates are in line with other services, but without the pressure of signing up for contracts or regular sprays. But the best thing is that we had asked him to do something for us, and when he checked there was a part of our house that was missing which made it hard for him to do. And instead of saying sorry examined it thoroughly. This guy knows bugs and gives you confidence in reassuring your home is safe and insect free!!!!

Awesome service, very knowledgeable, great customer service. The exterminator took his time and did not rush through, He answered all my questions, he did not leave until I was satisfied with the job and made sure that I felt comfortable with the job and the results. I highly recommend.
