Not happy with their service.   Workmanship was mediocre, and work that was promised & paid for was not provided.   I called multiple times, each time told that Eric will go out and look at it.   Nothing done, so I left one last message, and still no response.   Should've been handled much better.

Wanted to give 0 stars. I had an estimate on a Saturday morning and he asked for 1/2 the money upfront. Job was to begin on Monday. An hour later I changed my mind and asked for my deposit back but he claimed it had already been deposited. So I asked if he planned to keep it or could he return it. He said he would have to wait until it cleared. Fine. A week later I inquired to which he responded he was out of town. A week and a half passes and I ask what's going on and he claims he has been out of town. My response, I'm filing Theft of services charges. Also the pictures on his site are not his work because he took pictures of my yard and posted them. Do not use this thief. Certainly do not give him money until he shows up to work.

Definitely wouldnt recommended. I asked for specific things when asking for a quote. Those included trimming bushes, mulch, planting flowers (I asked for a flat, the owner suggested Lantana, I agreed to that) and installing some sod (I asked for a full pallet of St. Augustine). The owner stated they would bring in fill dirt to help build up an area before laying the sod. Got the quote and agreed to the work. Owner asks for half up front so he can buy the sod. That shouldve been my first red flag. Next morning he starts work on trimming the shrubs. While Im checking their work on the shrubs the owner asks for the remainder of the money for the job, claiming that the sod is more expensive than I thought. Second red flag. I reluctantly give him the second half (total for first amount and second amount was ~$850...and no pallet of St. Augustine costs $850). I ask about the flat of flowers. He claims he needs $40 more for that, which I again pay. They come back with sod and start laying sod...without having laid down the fill dirt we agreed upon. When I bring that up the owner claims they bought sod with extra dirt on the bottom of the sod so there was no reason to bring in dirt. No prep done to the area that was sodded, no tilling, turning the dirt over, no raking. Just throwing the sod down on compacted soil. I come home later and no flat of flowers and after doing some quick calculations of the area only measure about half of a pallet of sod (pallet of St. Augustine is typically 450 sq. Ft. of sod). I call and ask about the flowers and sod. He says the last two layers of sod on the pallet were dead so they didnt even lay them down in the yard. Im dumbfounded. Dead sod on a pallet isnt my issue. I tell him that and he promises to come back out the next day. To date its been a month and a half and still no sod. The flowers he planted? He decided to buy marigolds instead (12 of them) and one scraggly Lantana. If youre looking for this type of service from your landscaper, this is your guy. If you want work and products that you paid for, look somewhere else. After looking on the NextDoor app, I see from posts there that his M.O. is to ask for most of the money up front.
