Texas Residential Inspections

We got a referral from our realtor, Jennifer Viner @ Redfin, who recommended a few inspectors, which included Josh Darnell @ Texas Residential Inspections. After conducting a phone interview with three candidates, we decided to contract with Josh. He was everything we hoped for and more in the work & service he provided. Extremely professional, friendly, easy to communicate with, very thorough in his work, and excellent follow-up with his reporting. After he concluded his work, he took time to review his work and made several suggestions that will help us in prepping our home for sale. We would highly recommend Josh for your home inspection. We would contract with him again.

I am purchasing a new built home and my realtor recommended Josh and thank goodness she did. Not only was Josh thorough he was polite and friendly and definitely knows his stuff. Josh caught a lot of things that I wouldn’t have and definitely saved us money in the future. Josh is the best home inspector I know. Being a realtor for many years, I've referred him to many of my clients and all have been extremely pleased and impressed with the detailed work he does. I used him to inspect my new home (got to see it from the other side this time) and he was just as thorough and professional as he is with others. I couldn't recommend him more highly!!

Josh was wonderful to work with. Very polite, and detailed. He was most patient when I started asking my questions. The inspection report was put together very well. Photos supported everything that needed attention. I highly recommend his services.
