A tall large man 'helped?' me that day. I ran in really quick to get a car charger and I'm short, so when the man, all the way from the counter said "they are over there on the top" while waving vaguely to an area - and then to answer my question of what kind, he said "read on there, they say". The boxes didn't have that in large print, it was really tiny on the back, but each device had large letters showing the company name and brand of the charger - but no visible device from the front. I pointed that out and also said that I was short and couldn't reach, he wasn't doing anything other than standing at the register! I was shocked when he said, "well there are some other ones over here" rather than come assist me! I asked "DO YOU WORK HERE?", at which point he finally shuffled over and started looking on the back of the boxes I couldn't reach and discovered (out of the 5 chargers on the wall) that my type wasn't there making him walk to the back to find me one. He came up front with a white charger and my phone is black & silver so I asked don't you have one that matches my phone (the 5 on the wall were different colors) of course he said "no this is the only one". He set it on the counter and walked out to the storage.. As he was going out I politely said, "I'm ready to pay I have to get on the road please". He left anyway ignoring my readiness. Just as I was getting sick of waiting and fuming over all the nonsense, the absolute laziness; he returned and I paid. I regularly used that store and did not recognize this guy but I was so p*ssed off that I won't be going back. Even before that fateful day, the staff had a sense of unprofessionalism.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN FROM MANAGER! I recently came to purchase an mp3 player. The manager had it ready on the counter, with cases and chargers that I didn't need. When I turned down the accessories, he asked if I wanted to purchase any batteries. I did need some AA batteries, so I said "ok". Since the mp3 player was for my job, I asked for the batteries to be put on a separate transaction. He said, "No, I need them to be on the ticket so I can get credit for the sale, since you didn't buy any accessories. Can you help me out?" I would've gotten in trouble from my job, so I said, "No, I need them on a separate ticket or else I'll be in trouble for purchasing on this business card." He kept objecting! The manager wouldn't budge, and insisted that he would cross out the batteries for me on the receipt with his pen. What kind of business professionalism is that? So I just told him, "Never mind about the batteries." He took them off the ticket, rang me up, and proceeded to the backroom after handing me the mp3 player. No bag, no "Thank you, have a nice day", no anything. He would've rather lost the sale than to have put it on another ticket! There is no customer service here, you'd be better off taking your business elsewhere.
