    Richard called to say he was running ahead of scheduled and kindly asked if he could arrive early. We agreed and he was prompt, thorough, fully explained the issue, and gave us a good run through of how to spot problems in the future. I'd recommend this company.

    We have been trying to be serviced since January 2020. Our home warranty company put us in touch with Berry Electrical in January. We were finally able to schedule an appointment in May 2020. The company sent Anthony out to repair/install 3 new fans. Berry Electrical said they would charge $125 to install 3 fans that they supply; however, Anthony did not come with 3 fans. Unexpectedly, we had to rush to go buy our own fan from Home Depot, which was not what the company stated. When Anthony installed the fan in the master bedroom, I told him something was wrong with it & it was obnoxiously loud, especially for a brand new fan. Also, the fan in the another room was installed incorrectly (the fan wasn't secured to the ceiling. Anthony said not to turn the fan on for safety reasons and that he would need to get in th attic to secure it when he comes back in a few days). Anthony said he would fix both fans in a few days, but he never returned. After waiting patiently, we contacted the company in July 2020 and although they (Tasha) made several unprofessional excuses and blamed Anthony, they sent Richard out to "diagnose" the issue although we had already stated what the issue was. Richard said he would go to Home Depot to pick up the equipment and he never returned or delivered the equipment. We contacted the company again! They finally sent out Richard and Moses to fix the issue in the other bedroom, hang a new kitchen light, and fix the fan in the master bedroom. They completed 2 of the 3 tasks. They didn't fix the issue with fan in the master bedroom and Moses said if it continues to be loud contact them again and he would come and fix it. Unfortunately, I have been trying to contact them with the number on the card to no avail for several weeks. I called the office and told them I was still experiencing the same issue. They gave me an extremely difficult time, but they sent Moses out to "diagnose" the issue again. Moses said he really wasn't sure why the fan was making the noise, that he would be annoyed too, and it could be a faulty fan. He said the office would contact me and he left. The office (Tasha) never contacted me, so I called her to get an update. She said that she was never told she was supposed to call and she said she would contact Moses. After she called him, she called me back and said they would charge me another $125 to replace the fan. This is definitely price gouging! This was totally unexpected and absurd! Berry Electrical never took any accountability, the customer service was subpar, they made false promises, and their work is definitely not guaranteed. Although the work on the kitchen light and one other fan was done well, the job was not completely fulfilled. would not recommend this company and unfortunately I had to them to the Better Business Bureau. I would just like what I was promised, which is a properly working fan. Services: Fan installation, Installation, Fan repair, Light fitting installation
