I just wanted to take some time to write a quick review on an awesome company that we were thrilled to have come and service our home. We just moved to Arlington, Texas from Reno, Nevada and are first time home owners. We moved into an older home where the previous owner hadn't taken as much initiative as we'd like to make sure the vents were properly serviced. A father - son team arrived and we're amazingly friendly and professional. They walked us through the process and broke down almost to a science how air ducts work. They walked us through the process of cleaning, maintenance, and what to look for going forward. Please do not hesitate to reach out to this amazing family business. When we had our air ducts serviced, we didn't know that they had a long drive to Louisiana for a family vacation planned for the next day. Even with that planned, they still wanted to come and make sure we were taken care of. Because the air ducts weren't in the best of shape, it took them until almost 11:00pm to finish up. I felt terrible that they were here so late with a vacation planned, but they wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough about how thrilled we were with their professionalism and work ethic. Thank you so much for taking care of my family and I. I contacted Pure Air after a contractor failed to put up sheeting as required while replacing tile. Ended up firing the contractor, but I knew my air ducts were now filled with dust. Spoke to Mr. Johnson at Pure Air and after discussing my situation, scheduled an appointment. Pure Air arrived on time, and thoroughly cleaned each duct. I stayed out of their way as they worked, but I did confirm with them how dirty my ducts were. Both Orlington and O'Keefe were professional, thorough in their work, and pleasant to talk to.
