I bought a lake house at Cedar Creek Lake just over two years ago and knew that I’d eventually need a full redo on my retaining wall and boat slip. I made phone calls and e-mails to many companies that did docks and retaining walls out at the lake. Many companies didn’t return a phone call or e-mail and if they did schedule an appointment, they didn’t show up or if they did show up, I had to wait 4 months to get a proposed plan or a quote. While I was still in the process of finding someone to do the project, I saw a sign in the yard of a house just down the road in my neighborhood. I figured it couldn’t hurt to give this company, Double C Docks, a call as well. Wow, it was a night and day difference. I made a call and sent an e-mail and received a phone call the same day with an appointment scheduled for the next weekend. Okay, that was a first but I didn’t get my hopes up. Not only did Chris show up on time, we had a great conversation, he took measurements on the spot, he was able to walk me through concepts and different options, and said he would have me a quote and designs by the middle of the following week. Ha…I internally laughed as I had heard that before as well. Not only did he send the quotes, build options, and itemized price options by Monday but the designs were just as professional as if I were building a new house. These were not scribbles on yellow note pads or hand drawn ideas. I could see from every angle what the dock and deck would look like. The communication and customer service that I received from Double C Docks just during the sales process alone was enough to have me say yes but once I went through the entire process and now able to use the finished product, I am beyond grateful to have found Double C Docks. The workmanship, design, quality, and attention to detail has been the best that I have ever seen. Not only did they give me a retaining wall, dock, and deck, they transformed my backyard into a functional space. I received weekly updates on the progress and a phone call if they incurred a problem or recommended a change in the plan. The work site was left spotless even during the construction phase. Retaining walls and boat docks are big investments but I can definitely tell you that I am glad that I made that investment and if I ever had to do it again, there would only be one call that I would make which would be to Double C Docks. Quite simply, their product and service can’t be beat. Thank you Chris, Cirilo, and team!

We are so thankful to the guys at Double C docks as they have done an incredible job on our sea wall and work very quickly and to the customers satisfaction!
