I went to Dr. Guy because one of my friend told me he was a good Dentist, but when they evaluated my son they treated me poorly. They made feel like I was the worst mother because my son had cavities. I knew about the cavities and that is the reason why I brought my son there, but I never expected to to hear a whole lesson on what should I give my son to eat or not. I explained to them that as well my son likes to grind his teeth and uses his teeth for biting his toys, he chews his fingernails, but they didn't want hear it. They made their mind and pretty much I felt like the worse mother in the world. Then I took him to a different dentist and they treated me so good. Also the price it was way cheaper than what was going to be with Dr. Guy. I was very happy I didn't end up doing my son procedure there.

Run far away!! He will berate you and talk down to you. He believes that flossing and brushing doesn’t help much, and mouth wash is a waste of time. He says sugar is the cause of cavities, and my son should never eat anything with sugar in it again, including birthday cakes. I seriously can’t make this stuff up. My poor son was so upset. Trust me, don’t go to this office. I’d give it zero stars if it’d let me. ALSO, they tried to get me to schedule his appointment for the dental work he needed but told me I’d have to pay $600 for the work. My son has CHIP. I called CHIP today, and they said they should not have been tying to bill us at all. Watch out. This guy is a quack and a crock. Stay away.

I have never been so insulted and mistreated at a dentists office. Dr. Guy was RUDE, spoke to me and my daughter like we were lacking intelligence, and made us feel like horrible people because my child had cavities. The assistant was the same as well as the Hygienist. They were nasty unwelcoming, rough, and abrasive. My child came home with her mouth so sore and her gums actually bleeding after the visit. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!

1 star for the fast service
But unprofessional. I was asking him questions and he walked out& i asked the nurse does he usually just walk out ? She said thats because hes finished. My 18 month old son bit him and he made a remark about it. Didn't try to sooth him at all.told me i needed to get him surgery on the visit before but didn't mention it this time, i guess the problem disappeared. My son has been complaining about tooth pain since we left.
