Filed a complaint about management at a Brookshire Brothers location in Rusk, TX. (Jamie) to corporate. Seems customers are last and nothing has been done. Like shopping in a dumpster. Smells awful and the management is rude, incompetent and makes the shopping experience dreadful. I will not be treated as such. I have not shopped with this company since. I urge all people that value customer servise quality and respect to shop elsewhere.

Dont come this place before 4pm if u have groceries you will stuck the all day and dont take any partial load for this place. I have been there since Friday waiting until Monday 6pm to unloaded me . The security gate act like they doing something but they act to much. If there is 0 rate I will gives them
