He was always quick to respond to my emails with any questions we had. He made the entire process simple, streamlined, and EASY. You can tell this is someone familiar and comfortable with the process and he helps you feel that way too. I can not say enough good things about him, or his staff!! Olivia is friendly, helpful and so sweet!
