I reached out to them via their website a week in a half ago and never heard back. I also attempted to call them during business hours and no answer. It’s disappointing when these companies do not take the time to respond to those who reach out.

I am very unhappy with my experience with this company. My son enrolled at age 15 due to excessive weight and I didn't want him to have any severe health problems in the future. We tried their program for 1 year but he only lost a few pounds here and there but it did not make any significant difference. I wasted a lot of money because we bought their medications and came in for a weekly slim shot injection. My poor son endured this without any positive difference. Then to make it worse, when I contacted the office to tell them about my experience, I never got a response back from them. I even wrote to headquarters and talked to one of the management members, he just asked a bunch of questions but never sincerely apologized and/or offered any compensation for us.
