I have used Falcon Flood Services numerous times. As a property management company with long-term, and short-term rental homes I call on Falcon flood often. They are amazing at what they do, and provide a quality product at an excellent price. The customer service is incredible; they go above and beyond to make sure that they are getting the job done right.

I used falcon flood services for to remove a really strong odor from a rental house that I run. The house smelled terrible after a 5-year tenant moved out, and I needed to get it rented again. Falcon Flood Services had the perfect products to do this. They used the ozone machine and other services to make sure that my rental was smelling amazing after their services. I cannot believe it is the same house! I would strongly recommend Falcon Flood to any one needing a treatment for smell.

I can not express how thankful I am to Falcon Flood Service, I came home to a flood durning Memorial weekend. Monday morning Jon and his crew came out and looked at the place and explained everything that needed to be done, He immediately tore out the carpet placed fans out to dry out the place, they moved my furniture with care, and the following day they came and pick up the wet carpet from my front yard. For three days the fans were on so no mold would build up, and in those three days Jon was there checking the flooring and to see how I was doing. I would give them a 10/10 I highly recommend Falcon Flood Service to EVERYONE! you will get Great customer Service and an amusing Guy. I am saving Falcon Flood Service in my contact list.
