Covenant Urgent Care Southwest Medical Park

I was told to be here just before 1pm to catch the first appointment after lunch. Im a working mom so I timed it perfect to be the first one as told I would be. Then their system wouldnt allow the front desk to make the appointment. I then got pushed two people down so it took more than 30 minutes just waiting to get into the line. She then said she called them to tell them we were here and had trouble but we still were pushed down. We are working people that dont have time for this especially after preparing to have the most efficient appointment so I can go back to work and not lose money. The front desk lady took way too much time to try to figure it out and I had to ask her several times to ask for help. Because I did my best to be here first and now Im wasting time due to their carelessness. I will probably not be coming back here ever again.

We use the pediatric urgent care in between checkups at the pediatrician and its always so fast, amazing and efficient. Dr Annabelle is always helpful and so nice.

The check in staff is never friendly. Today the girls yelled at me and rolled her eyes at me. Was very nasty. Another lady was sitting behind her. I pray she wasn't training her. The doctor that I see is horrible. I am looking into another doctor. Overall just a horrible place. Already pulled my kids out after the doctor said "well she hasn't died yet so I'm sure she will be fine". Who says that to a mother!
