Got the run around on the phone for over 10 minutes when I just needed a couple of prices on flatbeds. Was out on hold multiple times and had a different excuse each time when they pick back up about why they couldnâ€™t get someone. Was very unorganized. I offered to have them call me back and left all my info they asked for but never heard back.
