Phenomenal customer service.....even on a Sunday when they’re technically closed! Everyone else I spoke with gave me atleast a 3-4 weeks turnover time to embroider one name on a diaper bag, but B’z Custom T’z offered same day service! 😊

Hired to do embroidery on our jackets took four days over schedule granted weather was bad the road she swore up and down was impassable. was perfectly clear and when I called to discuss my complaint she couldn't care less I won't touch this business with a ten foot pole. My jackets are trash 😠😡

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! At the end of October I Paid 27.06 for a Frenship ball cap. When I paid for the hat on 10/13 she told me I could not pick up they because of some issue with her machines. They were ready for pick up on 10/19. We built a house between the months of November-Jan. Things got crazy and I forgot about the hat. Messaged her today to see if I could pick it up. She said she had no record of my transaction with her and “no idea” whether I had actually picked it up or not. Basically called me a liar from the beginning of our conversation . She told me she no longer had the hat. She also told me it’s not her job to keep records of who picks up what and when. Made zero attempts to make this right. She refused to refund my money. So I basically donated 27.06 to a business that doesn’t treat people right and doesn’t keep records of transactions. Be careful Lubbock peeps.
