Lunch was good and quiet. We were the only ones dining in on a Sunday afternoon. The employees were great and knowledgeable. We went with the turkey and avocado wraps but ditched the wraps half way thru due to not really knowing the carb count (did not ask nor did we want to disturb) but the meal was very satisfying. Overall, wish there were more keto options (snacks would be awesome) but we will definitely be returning

I absolutely love this place. They serve a variety of gluten free options for breakfast, lunch, supper. Great cookies,, muffins,, and more Great drinks, smoothies, etc. This is a great place is you want gluten free!!! Try them out!!!!!

I got the avocado turkey wrap and berry smoothie. Didn't know what to expect but it was really good. Got a regular out of me

Always "helpful" and very "friendly staff"! Glunten-free meals to go also!
