Share with you of my experience from many visits:
1. The service is extremely slow even when only one or two customers are inside, and some employees seem mentally slow too.
2. The quality of food varies a lot. Sometimes the fries are hot and sometimes they are cold.
3. Food prices are not listed on board for some new food. I thought the double beef reuben was 4.99 as listed, it costed me 6.09 and I couldn't find it anywhere.
4. The employees are always chatting or on the phone, extremely unprofessional.
5. The restroom is awful.
6, The napkins and small-size caps are often missing on the rack and nobody takes care of it.

I don't understand how you mess up an order as bad as they do. They messed up my order 3 separate times resulting me having to come back twice and realizing a third once I got home 20 minutes later! Don't go here. I doubt they even noticed their mistake
