My kids took school pictures a few weeks back. When we got the packages but my son didn't have an access code so we can download them only my daughter did. I called numerous times and was able to speak with someone one time and still haven't received anything! WTH is going on people?!?! I'm highly frustrated and will not be buying any pictures from them!!!!

I ordered the digital download for my daughter's pictures last year, and never received the password to login in. I contacted her old school and they emailed Campos. Then we heard nothing for weeks. So I contacted them myself, and still nothing. Between the school and I, we tried to get ahold of them 4 different times and still haven't got an answer. They are the worst!!!!

I had tonhave remakes taken and never received them. I have called and nonone would answer for months. Finally got ahold of someone who said he would mail them and never received them. Worst place to have photos taken. I wish the schools use someone else.
