Abuelo's Taqueria

Live close to here so we finally decided to try it yesterday. It was AWFUL! Food wasn't warm. Beans and rice disgusting... and the red sauce is actually brown! Eat somewhere else. If I could give 1 star out of 10 I would.

This place is definitely starting to go down hill sadly. Food a few months ago was great but the past 2 visits over the last 2 months have not been very good. The manager and employees are all nice and the salsas are still amazing, but the food itself has gone from great to mediocre. Given the price you are better off going to the original Abuelos and skipping the taqueria.

Food was cold. Crusty edges on fajita tortillas. It was after the lunch rush, so no reason for poor food quality. (Maybe three other tables filled.) Shredded cheese was oddly melted together as if it got too warm. Just an unpleasant experience altogether. Manager was grumpy and actually gave me my plate. No use complaining of he thought it was fine to serve that way. I expect a LOT better with the Abuelo's name on this place. Skip it!

The service was good. The bus boy cleaned up the tables pretty quick. My boyfriend ordered fajita plate it was good but the appearance of the order looked like if the plate was missing something. The meat was really tender. They need to take off the advertisement of alcohol and margaritas because they don't serve it at this location.
