I do not like this company. We called them when my husband first got put on oxygen to put him on their list. He has been on oxygen for several months and they have not come out once nor have they called to see if he needs anything they close between 4 and 5 M-F and are not open on the weekend. Very difficult to get service and just found out this past weekend their answering service is out of Kentucky. We live in Texas. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Never received my equipment here in plainview, but they took my money ,its been over a year and they still give me the go around

My husband recently was sent home on full time oxygen after knee replacement surgery. Today I went to the office and everything was easy and we were taken care of so well. I personally would like to say thank you in particular to Terri for the excellent service she gave us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They don't care if you need oxygen or not. All they want is the money.
