They are very rude. They don't really want to help you with what you need. They are just after the money. I started using another medical supply company

I would give them 0 stars.... When we initially called,Michael came right out to see what on the wheelchair needed fixed and took our $45. After that it was impossible to even get ahold of him. I called every day and finally he was in the office. He said it would take 2 weeks to get the parts in so we waited. After the 2 weeks i tried getting ahold of Michael to see where he was at in getting the parts and I have not been able to get ahold of him. This has been going on for months and the owner, Michael, couldnt even give us a call back. Other people work there but only he knew what was going on! That is definitely not the way to run a business! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Very unprofessional!

If we could give them a zero we would. Bad custom service along with putting people off when they need repairs or paperwork when they switch companies. Very sad that they play around with people like this and rip the tax payers off
