Lubbock Radiology LP

I wouldn't recommend this place, Lubbock Ridiology charged me which they shouldn't have. after confirming w my insurance co, Lubbock Radiology lied that they contacted my insurance co & told me I had to pay a co pay up front. Again, my insurance co told me a procedure I had done didn't require a co pay.

I am very claustrophobic and have had a difficult time actually going through the process of an MRI. The staff was very friendly and told me upfront what my cost would be. Michael the guy who performed the MRI was very patient with me and kept reassuring me that everything would be alright. And after years of trying to get through the whole MRI, I was finally able to get it done.

My Doctor calls to gets me an appointment and a price for the ultrasound. Then a very rude receptionist calls and ask if I was going to making my appointment and if I have the money to pay. I said yes the $515 that I was told by the Doctor. Apparently the price went up and she was so rude about it. I decided I don't need to be treated by them because if that is how they talk to you on the phone, definitely how they treat you in person. Do better Lubbock.

I have used this place for over 30 years. I have always been treated with respect. It has always been clean. I will continue to go there., and I would recommend it!! Covid changed the way we have to live. I appreciate your caution in seating etc.
