Sure enough it’s been a few years, but when an ex customers of y’all I know brought up issues it sparked something in me...
Where to start:
Using a swiffer on blinds, just rubbing up and down doesn’t equal deep clean or a good clean.
Always left dust on furniture. We always had to dust after y’all.
We cancelled y’all several time bc of the money y’all charge and didn’t clean worth a damn.
Never cleaned the base boards.
Never cleaned the doors.
Shower and tub weren’t clean ever. I clean show floor after y’all left y’all the time. Y’all sprayed something and washed it off
The soap y’all used in the floor was sticky. Never a good clean on tile just a light pass with cotton flat mop. Never changed the water.
There’s so many other things I could say but will not.
Would y’all pay for less than quality work? Y’all wouldn’t!
I’m sorry about things y’all have went through last few years.

Very expensive lesson learned is about all i can say about this ma and pa lil scam cleaning business. I am business man myself but was slayed at the job these two did on our home. I called to complain about the lack luster work " DEEP CLEAN" as Christy informed me it would be. It took them 4 hours at 65.00 an hour to clean a 1700 square foot home. That i spent 2 hours re cleaning yesterday which was Wednesday and they did their so call ed clean on the previous Friday. My wife suffers from breast cancer and i was out of town 3 states away on business or i assure you i would not be writing this. I would have demanded a better job by standing over them making sure they got the DEEP CLEAN done write. She my wife lacked the energy to stand over someone and supervise them on what they should know needed to be done. The sad thing is all i asked for was to make it write. They never once offered. Just apologized for me not being happy. So sad. Dream clean you have lost a customer and hopefully no one else will have to endure your expensive nightmare Not deep clean!!! Jay Horn Lubbock TX
