        I enjoy shopping at the New Balance store in Lubbock, Texas. The store owner is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The store is always clean and orderly. I will keep purchasing my New Balance shoes and socks plus more here!

        Really like the Lubbock store, i walked in knowing which shoes i wanted , they were in stock and sales person made sure of proper fit. They are very comfortable from day one. Will definitely buy again !

        Great staff that will narrow down all options to get you the right shoes for you. I haven't actually been in this store in years but they have my size, purchase history and ship shoes for free. When shoes change they know which ones are similar to what I like. I recently wanted to buy pickleball shoes. I looked at local stores but I need wide which I couldn't find. Call and these guys got me exactly what I wanted. Prices are great too.
