Ill admit at first I wasnt a fan. And thats simply because I like fried food. The food I ordered wasnt fried. (My fault!) After expressing to the manager that we werent satisfied, they explained that their food is generally more healthy for their regulars. Now this doesnt mean they dont have fried food they totally do and after getting the orange chicken instead I was much happier with my food. If youre someone who prefers food that isnt as oily and fried, then this place is an amazing option. They make a lot of their food healthier. The manager was super kind and helpful and the service was top notch. Its no wonder this place has been around for 40 years. They accommodate the Lubbock community. I am excited to go back and try the Mongolian BBQ. Thank you again to the management and employees for being so accommodating. Kind people running a local business will always beat out chains. Dietary restrictions: The manager explained if you let them know about an allergy or food preference they will be sure to help you out.

Food was top notch, quick and flavorful. Great valve for your money. Mongolian bar b que done your way -- excellent! Plus many,many dishes to select from.
