NASTY LITTLE GETTO PLACE ..BURNED EGGS..ONE BACON STRIP NOT MIXED IN EGG... AND A PINCH OF FAKE CHEESE....BBB PLUS IT WAS COLD UGH.NEVER GO THERE AGAIN....

Went through drive through today for lunch. Ordered cheeseburger & fries. Fifteen minutes later, get to work and open container and they gave me a chicken salad. I drive back to the drive through and when I pull up a young Caucasian female looks at me and I explain that I was given the wrong order and that I would like the food I ordered. She stated that she wasn't the one that was here and gave me the wrong order and I said I didn't say you were the one, it was a different female. She immediately comes back to the window and tries to hand me a bag with a cheeseburger & fries. I told her that I don't want food that has been sitting there for 30 minutes. I want a fresh burger/fries. She tried to tell me that this is my order and I said yes but it's been over 30 minutes and I would like my order to be made fresh. She proceeds to tell me she doesn't understand what the big deal was and her attitude was terrible and honesty I didn't like the way she was acting so I asked for my money back. She said that they already dropped a new burger and I told her I just want my money back. The manager and another female came to the window and I hear the manager say give him his money back. I observed the young Caucasian female throw a temper tantrum. Unbelievable! Since when do you try to pass along cold food to the customer when it was not their fault when the staff gave them the wrong order? They didn't care how inconvenienced I was in having to return to their establishment due to their mistake. Management needs to train staff to have better customer service! I'll never go back. Sad that millennials are allowed to act like that!

Love love love their food! Excellent customer service. Food is always ready super fast when you call it in.
