Dickey's Barbecue Pit

After having an issue over a year ago with the same person "Shannah" who is the Mgr for both locations here locally in Lubbock we decided to give it a try again well needless to say same RUDE customer service when I asked for the corporate office number I was told I could find it myself online. I have attempted to contact the owner Evan and have yet to receive a call back or an apology. We will never do business here again and what a poor representation for this company!!!

We have gone to Dickey for years. Restaurant is declining in every aspect. Employees don't care about customers, owner was on site, horrible service from her in the store. Stewart used to greet us at the door, ask about our son and sports he played, etc. He no longer works here, he must have gotten tired of sub-standard, too. My parents ordered take out a couple weeks ago, they forgot half their order. I just told mom to mention it next time we went in. Mentioned it today, they could not have cared less. Cashier and owner were very rude and completely unapologeric. Will never go again, overpriced, portions small, rude owner and employees. If only Evie Mae''s was open on Sundays...
