Willis Auto and Diesel Service

So we took our truck here for a simple diagnostic test. Called a week later to see how things were, and was told they were working on it quote "As we speak," and that I would get a call right back. We called every other day for 3 weeks and was repeatedly lied to that they were working on it and that they would be sure to call us right back. Finally my husband sent me, because he was working, to go in personally and pass the phone to the owner. He apologized and said his workers shouldn't be lying to customers. Then he says he would call us before end of day himself to give us a quote. Another few days goes by so I go back in and it takes an hour to get the quote and I requested the diagnostic test print out since we paid $125 for it. He was unable to print it, but when he answered the phone, a lady was asking for an update and her truck and he used the same phrase on her as he did me "Working on it as we speak." I realized at that point, he was the one lying to us this whole month. Wish there was a way to give a rating of 0.

Love this place!! Goes above and beyond his call of duty!! I will forever be a customer of his. I can go home at the end of the day and know I didn't get screwed around by another mechanic because I'm a woman.

Started out great but over the last year service went away and now have had a truck there for 8 months that has not been touched in 4 months. Will no longer communicate.
