They are ok. I wasnt happy with the guy taking the pictures he was a bit rude. When I asked for a specific pose he snarled that I wouldnt like it. So I had someone else take the exact photo I wanted and it turned out great. We buy the team pictures from them because it was through the league but I had someone else do independent photos. This is the second time weve had a negative experience with them. The first time we ordered pictures through them they were just plain awful! My child didnt even look like my child!

I didnt go to the actual location but my sons school hired them and I was so scared because my son hates standing still and never does for a photo tried getting pictures done other places and terrible experience but my son came home so excited to show me the pose he had learned and his teacher called me to let me know he wasnt doing good that day at all until the male photographer took his time with my son and calmed him down and helped him learn the pose he made such a impact on my son he was so excited to tell me about the man and the pose he showed him I am so happy with this places employees
